1. SERVICES IN SLOVAKIA

The myTelio website, hereinafter referred to as "the Portal", enables the myTelio user (hereinafter referred to as the "Communication Partner") to top up prepaid credit via our Portal, which is accessible on the Internet.

The prepaid credit can be assigned to an inmate via the Portal using the number of their Telio Inmate Account.

Inmates' credit can be used for various types of communication, like telephone calls, depending on the country, state, institution, or inmate configuration.

The Communication Partner does not have to register in the Portal.

Any visitor to the Portal can select or enter the desired prepaid credit to be sent to an inmate by entering the number of their Telio Inmate Account.

Only when this is forwarded to the external payment service provider is identification performed; however, this is not transmitted to Telio or the Portal.

No profile is created. No contact details are saved.

Money that has been topped up on a Telio Inmate Account will only be paid out to the inmate upon his request after he as been released from prison or in case, he terminates the Telio Inmate Account or in case he has been moved to another prison were Telio is not providing telephony services to inmates. In no case will money that has been topped up on a Telio Inmate Account be paid out to third persons (e.g. relatives, friends etc.)

2. CONDITIONS IN SLOVAKIA

This section provides an overview of the conditions of the Portal services in the inmate's particular country. For each prepaid credit top-up, there is a charge for the service of assigning the prepaid credit to the relevant Telio Inmate Account (hereinafter referred to as the "Fee"). This is based on the country and the top-up amount.

Basis for calculating the fee

Explanatory example: The Telio Inmate Account is to be topped up with € 15; this amount falls into cluster B. Accordingly, there is a Fee of an additional € 0.40 for the Communication Partner.

3. PAYMENT METHODS IN SLOVAKIA

You can top up the prepaid credit via our external payment service provider using the following means of payment/payment methods:

  • Credit cards
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
4. RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE OFFER

You cannot top up the Telio Inmate Account limitlessly. We always limit the amount of credit to a maximum of €999.99. Please note that the actual limit may be significantly lower, or it may not be possible at all, due to our own and different regulations, depending on the country, state/region, institution or inmate configuration.

Limitations may include:

  • Maximum amount for the top-up in question,
  • Maximum amount of the total top-up,
  • Maximum permissible prepaid credit for the Telio Inmate Account per inmate
5. REQUIREMENTS PLACED ON THE CUSTOMER

In order to top up prepaid credit, it is necessary to consent to the General Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Notice in the Portal.

6. AVAILABILITY AND SLA FOR SLOVAKIA

The following maintenance windows apply for the services provided:

Maintenance window:

Weekdays

  • From Tuesday 10:00 p.m. CET to Wednesday 4:00 a.m. CET
  • From Thursday 10:00 p.m. CET to Friday 4:00 a.m. CET

Weekends

  • From Saturday 10:00 p.m. CET to Sunday 6:00 a.m. CET

During summertime, CEST applies to all maintenance windows instead of CET
