Right of withdrawal for consumers who have their habitual residence in a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without specifying any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the contract conclusion date.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the respective national company of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you choose to withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments which we have received from you without delay, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising in the event of selecting a shipping method which is different from the most cost-efficient standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen days from the date on which we have received the notice of withdrawal from this contract. The refund shall be issued with the same payment method which you provided for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances shall you be charged fees to process this refund. If you have already asked for services to begin during the period prior to withdrawal, you will have to pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the date on which you notified us that you were exercising your right to withdraw from this contract, in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, your right of withdrawal shall expire when the service has been provided in full, and the provision of the service has only begun after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal if the contract is fulfilled in full.

It should be noted that the service for topping up prepaid credit for a Telio Inmate account shall have been fully provided when the prepaid credit has been credited to the Telio Inmate account.

We would also like to point out that if you use chargeable myTelio services when topping up your myTelio account during the objection period, these shall be counted as services already provided and, if the myTelio services used during the objection period consume the entire topped-up credit, the service will have been provided in full.

Partly provided service

Please note that if you use myTelio services for which a charge is made when you top up your myTelio account during the withdrawal period, these will be considered as services already provided and you will, therefore, have to pay an appropriate amount for the top-up contract as described in the above withdrawal policy, which corresponds to the costs for the myTelio services used. In the case of withdrawal, only the prepaid credit remaining in your myTelio account shall be reimbursed for the cancelled top-up.
